These services include the analysis of potential claim rates based upon historic data derived from a database of class action settlements administered by Analytics since the 1980's.

• Data Analysis and Consulting: Our clients often ask us to provide guidance in deposing Defendants regarding computer systems; to supervise the production of computerized data; and, to analyze defendant provided data. This experience enables us to obtain and analyze raw data files from Defendants and to perform all necessary manipulations, analysis, and duplicate elimination ourselves. This process provides insight that is useful in other aspects of the claims administration process; assures our clients of the strictest quality control standards; and, guarantees the widest practicable distribution of the Class Notice.
  
  In a recent engagement, Analytics analyzed more than 100 million transactions from multiple defendants and legacy computer systems to identify class members and determine a plan of allocation.

• Comprehensive Project Planning: Pre-settlement, we work closely with our clients to prepare detailed project plans and settlement administration guidelines addressing all aspects of the proposed settlement.
